 Excellent company fitters. Obtained four quotes and this was one of four that were prepared to undertake the sealed unit installation with other companies unable to do the job. One company could not even produce the required units. This company uses Rehau units which are of a very high standard.

 Work was started ahead of the estimated start date and took less than 3 hours to complete. The two workmen were very friendly and removed all old materials from site and all mess cleared away. Highly recommended company.

 Roof - Man quoted - heard him talking about risers*. They came and removed the old roof, leaving us without cover. Ordered the polycarb panels; turned up with the wrong size; had to make a new order. More delay then fitted. Leaked worse than before, puddled on the top. Different team turned up to see what could be done;decided it needed risers*. Had to order and wait for them to be cut and treated. Final visit, took off roof, fitted risers, all good at last. The workmen were excellent; unfailing polite. My gripe is the amount of errors, no updates (I had to chase), and the time to do a small job. Balustrade - Took down old wooden panels and left us with open edges on a raised deck with a big drop on one side. Ordered the glass. Returned when they came. Did not have enough brackets to fit correctly. Went off. Came back several days later. I was not kept informed of progress and had to chase. Same issues of not getting it right first time and not keeping me informed. The quality of the work is good - just poor customer relations. NB the quote was confusing, with more costing on a different page

 If I'd known how cheap and how good this looked I would have got my windows changed years ago. All of the fitters were on time, polite and tidy. I will be recommending this company to everyone one who asks.

This duo 'cracked' on and even after a couple of hours, it was astounding at what they had done! I knew it might have been a more complex job, not purely for the building design but previous owners added parts, that to me, I considered a nuisance and I never thought I would get this work done, but these super-heroes did it with 'bows' on, cracking!  Came out for a quote at short notice and were significantly cheaper than competition. Very helpful over both e-mail and phone. Work was completed in time for Christmas which was requested but surprised me that they were able to facilitate manufacturer and get the unit delivered and fitted in time. Had a courtesy call before the fitting and this was completed within 15 minutes. Very efficient, friendly and professional, would definitely recommend and use again.

 We asked Paul to come and quote for new french doors and bathroom window. When Paul arrived he explained nothing wrong with the french doors or the bathroom window frame. He suggested just replacing the glass to save money and suggested servicing the french door. We decided to do this and were very impressed at his honesty as some people would have just gone ahead and quoted for brand new doors and windows. The team who came to fit the glass were very punctual, courteous and did a great job.The french doors now look brand new after the adjustments made. Would totally recommend this company.

 I have used this company several times now and cannot recommend them highly enough! They turn up when agreed, provide quick and very reasonable estimates which are adhered to, even if they undertake a few additional small fixes for me (this time my UPVC front door was sticking). The team are very friendly, tidy and take great pride in providing you with quality glazing and locks etc. Other companies quoted me more for windows from the same brochure! Why go anywhere else! I recommend to my friends and neighbours, so I recommend to you too!

 I sourced the company on line at approximately 10.00 am in the morning. Telephone manner of the fist contact was reassuring. I was told to expect a call from the principle within an hour, which I did receive. I asked for a visit that afternoon, Gavin Hunt arrived on time, clearly new exactly what he was doing. Got straight down to work and completed the repair within 45 minutes for a reasonable standard call out charge. I'm not easily pleased, but this was a very professional operation. I would definately use again. Would recommend without qualification.
